ORDER PREPARATION AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Currently we ship orders within the USA. For orders from outside the US please contact us at info@crishala.com and we will try our best to accommodate for specific shipping arrangements.

FREE SHIPPING
With Crishala you enjoy free handling and shipping within the US. We use First-Class Mail with the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping. You can expect delivery within 1-5 business days after posting your order. If your order is time sensitive please contact us at  info@crishala.com to expedite your order; in this case additional handling and shipping charges will apply.

SALES TAX
By law, we are required to charge 9.25% sales tax on all orders shipped within California.

GUARANTEE
We guarantee all Crishalas to be free of defects in workmanship upon delivery. Should your Crishala have a defect due to a flaw of the material or as a result of poor manufacturing, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING
Items damaged due to shipping will be replaced at no charge. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt if item was damaged due to shipping.

RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and in resaleable condition with all tags attached. Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

PRIVACY POLICY
All information you provide us will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of order correspondence unless given to us for our newsletter. We will not share or sell our customer information with anyone.
